Dr John Rigby, previous President of Manchester Statistical Society hands over to the new President, the Right Reverend David Walker Bishop of Manchester who will take the Society forward for the next two sessions. Bishop Walker is a mathematician and represented the UK in the Mathematical Olympiad in 1977.
